We also offer virtual therapy if you would prefer to stay at home. 

Rates start at $100 for individuals and $125 for couples.
* We do offer a sliding scales on a case by case basis*

We do not accept insurance, however we are happy to provide you with a "superbill" which is basically just a receipt of services that some insurance companies accept for reimbursement. We highly recommend checking with your insurance to see if this is something they offer. We am all about making therapy as affordable as possible for you. 

First things first we will do an intake where I will ask you questions about your life, what you are hoping to get out of therapy and then we will identify if I am the right therapist for you and set some goals for our time together. 

Unfortunately, right now we do not have a waiting room. We invite you to wait in the car, or many of our families will use this time to run an errand, or go grab a coffee at Akamai up the street.
